One Tun Pale Ale – 5.8% ABV
Generous amounts of American Hops give this beer a near-IPA hop profile, but with a lean 5.8% ABV. A nice counterpoint to ourCortado Stout, the One Tun Pale is for fans of the bitter and bright.
Cascara Farmhouse Ale – 5.7% ABV
Shortly after they are picked from the tree, coffee cherries are run through a depulper to remove their skins. These skins – called “cáscara” – are sometimes dried and steeped in hot water to make a rustic, flavorful tea. Our Cáscara Farmhouse Ale is crisp and refreshing, yet incredibly complex. Brewed with a Pilsner malt, Belgian yeast, and just the right amount of cáscara, this hot-weather ale is sure to please. Want to learn more? Watch the video.
Cortado Imperial Stout – 8.0% ABV
Coffee lovers often gravitate to the cortado – a shot of espresso prepared with equal parts milk – because of its well-balanced flavors. Our Cortado Stout is a full-bodied stout with milk sugar and coffee, resulting in an intense yet balanced coffee beer experience.
Tripel Dubbel – 7.5% ABV
This hefty, Belgian-style strong ale is the result of a collaboration between Colectivo, Sanford Restaurant, and Beer Fridge, who set out to create a balanced ale that straddles the line between the classic Belgian Tripel and Belgian Dubbel styles. Yeast-driven flavors of dried fruits and spice complement the full-yet-clean malty base. At just over 7.5% ABV, it’s a welcome winter warmer.
