The primary responsibility of the Cold Brew technician is to produce and assist in the distribution of cold brew coffee products and supplies to the standards set by Colectivo, in a safe and efficient manner as it relates to Colectivo’s Mission and Vision.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Brew cold brew coffee to standards set by the coffee department.
Schedule, produce and manage daily inventory of product and supplies to specified quantities.
Coordinate with the Sales Department for wholesale needs/demands.
Clean and maintain facilities dedicated to cold brew production (brewing tanks, kegging equipment, etc.) to Colectivo and FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act) standards
Assist in the research and development of cold brew and related products.
Provide support and troubleshooting too all cafes for cold brew products.
Maintain a safe and consistent driving record to ensure quality customer service and transportation of product and supplies as needed.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Passion for quality coffee
Working knowledge of brewing equipment is preferred
Basic math skills
Ability to stay focused and attentive to repetitive tasks
Ability to lift at least 50lbs throughout the day and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
