The IT Support Manager leads technology support at Colectivo Coffee Roasters, leading the IT
Support team and overseeing all Project Management and continual improvement of technology
systems and support.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the IT support team through support, maintenance, and organization of endpoint devices and software to include: updates, PM, and retrofit changes
Support the IT support team with ongoing teaching, training, and guidance
Ensure timely communication and resolution of support needs, to include: support tickets, cross functional projects, and overarching technology infrastructure
Identify areas for improvement, including recurring issues, training, and effectiveness of support
Installation and support of device endpoints including desktop/laptop computers, network equipment, printers, phones, security cameras, and other devices
Installation and support of business software including point of sale, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Creative Cloud, and other software
Create and maintain documentation for technical systems
Oversee organization of IT supplies and tools
Assess, develop, and deliver end user training for new users
Provide continued training as required
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication, organization, and planning skills
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Support or related areas
3 or more years of experience in technology support management or related fields.
Experience managing network systems, remote support tools, and business computer systems
Strong familiarity and business experience with major operating systems including Windows, macOS, Linux, Chrome OS, iOS, and Android
Ability to work on ladders, lift and carry heavy items up to 50lbs, and work in varied environments
Must have reliable transportation and valid US driver’s license, along with willingness to travel throughout the Milwaukee/Madison/Chicago area
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including occasional nights, weekends, holidays, and on call
Strong proficiency in troubleshooting, in practice and leading the team
