Production Bakery Shift Lead - Savory

• Provide leadership on the production floor to support a culture of continual improvement that results in the production of remarkable products
• Provide timely and effective training, feedback, coaching, and mentoring to drive excellence
• Demonstrate leadership in co-worker development
• Collaborate with Savory Production Manager to develop and implement systems and schedules for inventory and production which maximize efficiency, quality, and freshness, while controlling variance and waste
• Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand
• Assess and troubleshoot issues with product, equipment, and personell as they arise on the production floor. Provide solutions in real time and communicate more complex issues to other leaders
• Manage company resources responsibly including inventory control

• Ensure food safe handling for all Troubadour co-workers

• Works in accordance with all federal, state, and local safe production facility requirements

• Dedicated to serving others and maximizing the potential of each co-worker
• College degree in a business-related field and/or a minimum of three years work experience in a management or supervisory position in a food production, hospitality, or customer service industry
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills, be enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Flexible work schedule to include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
• Proficiency with email and Google Drive, and ability to quickly learn and understand in-house software programs
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs, bend, reach, pull and stand for long periods of the day
