The Sales Manager, Grocery & Club is responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategy for Colectivo Coffee and Troubadour Bakery wholesale Grocery and Club channels. The Sales Manager, Grocery & Club serves as the primary Key Account Manager for existing customers, and the driver of new account acquisitions within Grocery and Club channels.

Specific Responsibilities

Key Account Management for current customer base including headquarter sales calls and presentations
Mentor, develop, and manage Pre-Sales Representative to help achieve business development and profitability goals
Identify and obtain new points of distribution to grow market share
Report sales activity and performance in a timely manner, including insights and feedback on variances in sales and profit targets
Manage pricing strategy, communication, and promotional planning for all Grocery and Club accounts
Monitor market conditions and competitive activity to identify opportunities for Colectivo Coffee and Troubadour Bakery brands
Establish planogram merchandising strategies for best-in-class brand presentation and sales growth
Manage all store reset and new store set-up activity
Lead the budgeting process for Grocery and Club channels
Develop and refine ordering and delivery processes to maximize sales and minimize credits or “out of stocks”
Audit and implement point of sale marketing plans within store locations
Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop both chain and store-specific marketing programs that create greater brand awareness and drive sales

Education/Qualifications

Successful track record of selling or buying at corporate office level grocery retail strongly preferred
Possess strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to motivate, guide, and lead a team to success
Ability to work a flexible schedule according to business needs
Possess basic computer skills
Must be able to work independently
Possess a valid WI driver license and clean driving record
