The Troubadour Operations Manager – 3rd Shift, is responsible for end-to-end production and fulfillment of bakery and savory items to Colectivo Cafes and Troubadour wholesale accounts as it relates to Colectivo Coffee’s Mission and Values.
A college degree in a business-related field and/or a minimum of five years of work experience in a management or supervisory position in a hospitality or customer service industry such as food services (café/restaurant), retail, or other service environments. Must possess strong communication, organizational and leadership skills, be enthusiastic and self-motivated. Must be flexible with time. Computer and spreadsheet skills are necessary.
