We’re excited to announce the arrival of new food and drink menus across all Colectivo cafes starting this Monday, April 22! Our reimagined menus reflect our long-standing goal of providing high-quality, locally sourced fresh food with creative flavor profiles.
While you’ll still see many of our classic and comfort food favorites, we’ve widened our menu to be more inclusive of diverse diets with a range of globally inspired, progressive items. A shift toward more plant-based and protein-rich offerings translates to some exciting new additions like the VEGAN harissa roasted Cauliflower Banh Mi; Sesame Sweet Potato Bowl with quinoa, kale, and roasted Brussels sprouts; and VEGAN Chia Power Bowl.
Frittata bowls with fresh mixed greens replace our lineup of daily quiches, while more traditional offerings like the new Sunrise Breakfast Sandwich and the Double Cheese Melt round out the menu. You’ll also have the ability to add a fresh, baked Yuppie Hill egg to any dish!
Our updated Drinks menu features new flavor combos developed by Colectivo’s lead baristas, a.k.a. Lightning Rods. Tea-forward beverages like the Bloom Latte, Matcha Lemon Frappe, and Coconut Anthology Iced Tea are offered alongside our Session Cold-Brew drinks with flavors like Sparkling Cherry and Honey Almond Au Lait.
