Fall Bakery From Troubadour - Made With Local Ingredients


Fall is here! To celebrate, our friends at Troubadour Bakery have whipped up some instant pastry classics.

Inspired by a recent visit to our friends at River Valley Ranch Farms & Kitchen in Burlington, WI, Team Troubadour created our new savory Mushroom Danish! This hearty pastry features RVR criminis as well as parmesan, fresh thyme and garlic, all wrapped up in flaky, delicately layered dough.

If you’re looking for something on the sweeter side, you’ll love our new Chai-Spiced Apple Tea Bread. We source locally-grown apples from Apple Barn Orchard & Winery in Elkhorn, WI, a family-owned farm that has been around since 1948! This spice-forward tea bread combines apples, our very own Letterbox Ritual tea, brown sugar, and mulling spice for a delicious autumn treat.
