Colectivo is bringing the flavors of Peru to cafes this week! We have a rich history of sourcing great coffees from the Chirinos region, and this week's featured coffee, Peru Chirinos Los Balcones, is no exception. Sourced from the co-op La Prosperidad de Chirinos, which has proven to be one of our most reliable producer partners over the years, this coffee bursts with grapefruit-like acidity, as well as complex flavors of plum, baking spices, and tart cherry.
When the lunch bell rings, stop in and enjoy our protein-packed Peruvian Quinoa Bowl! It's made with chicken, asparagus, carrots, and squash on a bed of quinoa tossed with grilled red & poblano peppers, tomatoes, and peanut sauce. Garnished with fresh radishes, roasted peanuts, and cilantro lime peanut dressing.
