We’re so excited to announce our next guest artist: Basak Notz Basak is a Turkish visual storyteller that finds beauty in everyday life by embracing a slow and simplistic life—taking the time to fully appreciate and explore her surroundings. Her artwork is inspired by her bi-continental experience; and she adds a personal touch to her whimsical illustrations through handwritten words. Blue Heeler Aside from being our top-selling blend since the beginning of Colectivo (or Alterra), Blue Heeler also has its own story. One of the original founders has a dog named Mina, an Australian Blue Heeler who would come to work everyday—and needless to say this Fair Trade Organic Coffee: Blue Heeler was created in her honor and memory. Basak chose Blue Heeler as her canvas and has reimagined it to reflect her own experiences and artistic style.
